Admissions are managed by the Cambridgeshire Admissions Team in line with local authority policy.
- Children start school in the September of the year they turn five.
- Applications open in October and close in early January.
- Priority is given to children living in our catchment area.
- Our PAN for Reception in September 2026 will remain at 17.
All applications must be submitted through the Cambridgeshire Admissions Department. A link to the application form is here.
Once your child has been offered a place by the local authority, the school will be in touch with you directly.
If applications exceed available places, the local authority will allocate places based on published criteria.
Catchment Area
The catchment for Offord Primary School is Offord D’arcy, Offord Cluny and surrounding villages. In case of equal merit in each set of criteria priority will go to children living nearest the school as measured by a straight line.
